The importance of the 1-year review, because if you have an AB consumer agreement, which many contractors and type houses run with, you often do not have a 5-year review, so the 1-year review is the last chance to have the home reviewed with the contractor.

Jens Nielsen (b. 1971) was born deaf. He holds a master's degree in architecture. He also holds degrees as an engineer (civil engineer and MSc in structural engineering), constructor and machine carpenter. He has a special interest in wood, interior design, structural engineering, architecture, landscape and craftsmanship. He has worked as a case architect, renovation designer, interior designer, mechanical engineer, construction manager/constructor, etc.
