MOD TO SELF-WORTH is for anyone who wants to boost their self-esteem and find inner peace - and is willing to make an effort. Self-esteem is not something that comes naturally. Self-esteem is an inner feeling that is connected to your identity and your sense of who you are as a person - independent of your achievements. Self-esteem is about how it feels to be you. The book encourages and inspires you to be happy with who you are and to bring out the best in yourself - for the benefit of yourself and others.

Susanne Møberg
Excerpt from DBC's reading list:Excerpt from the DBC Reader's Digest Møberg has made it her mission to raise awareness of the characteristics of the highly sensitive, and has already published two books on sensitive people. This one will be just as sought after as the previous two, and by the same readership, which is not limited to sensitives. In this third book from Møberg about the resources and special problems of highly sensitive people, it's all about standing up for yourself and strengthening your self-esteem. Sensitive people are overstimulated more quickly than others, react more strongly to influences and stimuli, and try harder than others to live up to expectations, which can take them far away from themselves. Møberg explains in his usual matter-of-fact, straightforward and insightful way how sensitive people experience the world and deal with it, and many will feel understood by the author. There are repetitions from the previous editions, and readers can get on here, but will probably be encouraged to read back. It is a good workbook that requires active effort, as the reader is encouraged to consider and work on their own self-esteem, habits, thoughts and beliefs through many guided questions. Another great workbook/self-help book from Møberg about highly sensitive people. This book inspires and encourages the reader to work on their own self-esteem. Grethe Lorentzen
