The eyeliner has a super mild formula, which is based on mineral pigments and extracts of medicinal plants, such as quince wax and shea, which will care for the eye area. Application:
Apply all the way at the lash line above or below the eye depending on what look you want
For smokey-eye effect, you can advantageously use the small applicator at the other end to blend the line
