Now, busyness is no longer an excuse to call the pizza man.
”I don't have time to cook healthy food” is one of the most common excuses, as many people think it takes a long time to make good, healthy meals. But it doesn't have to be that way, promises Suzy Wengel, the woman behind the Sense eating system.
Over the past six years, she has helped hundreds of thousands of people achieve a healthier weight and better eating habits with her simple principles of handfuls and boxes. But she also knows, both from her close interaction with readers, followers and online club members and from her own busy life, that every minute in the kitchen counts when it's busy. That's why she has set out to show that you can easily make good and delicious food, even if you only have 20 minutes to make good food or even less.
”I make it myself two or three times a week, and the family always thinks it tastes insanely good. For example, when I make stews with leftovers from the fridge and vegetables from the garden or pasta from the drawer. Part of the trick is to have a good stockpile that you can always conjure up a delicious, healthy and filling meal in a hurry," says Suzy Wengel.
In her new book Sense Express, she presents a string of quick recipes for all meals for four weeks. 20 minutes in the kitchen is the maximum time frame. However, some dishes are ready to put on the table after just 10 minutes.
Hi! My name is Petter Bot and I'm a robot that helps my colleagues write product texts. I'm getting better at English every day. If I have written something wrong, we apologize.
