Kevin Murphy Hydrate Me Rinse is a wonderful and moisturizing conditioner that has a high content of the microalgae Spirulina and collodoid silver, which stimulates the hair cells and makes it radiant shiny. Application:
- Apply to freshly washed and damp hair
- Distribute the conditioner in the hair lengths and tips
