Pseudo research

Modern society is creating new information at an unprecedented rate, but also misinformation. Research and science have an important mission to distinguish between true and false in the flow of information, but many scientific institutions now propagate the notion that there is no distinction between true and false and contribute to the misinformation with ideologically colored pseudo-research. The book argues that research should not be subordinated to ideologies and provides examples of this happening in universities, government agencies and NGOs. The book takes a closer look at some of the key texts of the woke movement from home and abroad and shows that they lack scientific validity and - most worryingly - attempt to disable scientific self-regulation.
